The Oldest God in the World

Upon this
the oldest God and the youngest God concur:
The world is a bridge
Cross it but build no house upon it
The world endures for but an hour
Spend it in devotion
The rest is unseen

The oldest God inspired the thought,
"All the world's a narrow bridge//the point is to fear nothing." - Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev
